in Hampshire and Dorset have used the Connexionz RTI system
for 4 years in the Southampton area. We have found it increasingly
reliable, useful and practical. We find that the system works,
and that we get worthwhile information from it. The reports
are an invaluable tool for dealing with customer complaints,
and the construction of new timetables.
We now
continually use the information generated from the ‘infohost’
report suite for a rolling programme of rescheduling our entire
network and as a result have seen a steady improvement in
timeliness on all of our services, against a background of
worsening traffic conditions in the City.
